Shannon Low is a passionate educator, co-founder, and award-winning leader who has been shaping young minds since 2001. She creates learning environments that spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
Committed to sustainability and family togetherness, Shannon leads campaigns that promote social responsibility, environmental care, and healthy living—empowering educators and parents to raise lifelong learners.
As a picture book author, she brings stories to life with imagination and heart.
In 2023, she was named a Malaysia Influential Educator by the National Consumer Action Council, recognizing her joyful and lasting impact on education.

She believes every child holds unique potential and thrives when given the right support. Suguna works closely with both parents and teachers, building strong partnerships to ensure each child feels seen, valued, and supported.
Her approach is grounded in connection, care, and collaboration—inviting families into the learning journey to create a nurturing space where children flourish together with their community.

With a Psychology background from the University of Bedfordshire, Shihan’s love for children’s curiosity led her to pursue Early Childhood Education. She is deeply committed to nurturing young minds during their most formative years.
Shihan believes quality early education builds confident, capable individuals. She honors each child’s uniqueness and tailors learning experiences by observing their interests, strengths, and preferred ways of learning—whether through play, movement, or hands-on activities—to support their individual growth.
Her greatest joy comes from watching children explore, grow, and thrive. Passionate about fostering positive values, Shihan creates joyful, enriching experiences that inspire lifelong learning, fully embracing TotalChild’s vision of nurturing confident, creative, and compassionate global citizens.

Since joining TotalChild Preschool in 2013, KC has joyfully taught 5- and 6-year-olds and served as a Chinese subject teacher. She finds great fulfillment in nurturing children’s creativity and problem-solving skills.
KC believes every child has unique potential waiting to be discovered. With the right encouragement and guidance, children can grow into confident, capable individuals. She is committed to creating a warm, engaging environment that supports their growth.
Valuing strong parent-teacher partnerships, KC sees collaboration as essential to understanding and supporting each child’s learning both inside and beyond the classroom, helping them thrive and flourish.

Currently pursuing a diploma in Early Childhood Education, Sam is dedicated to her growth as an educator. She is focused on creating safe, inspiring spaces where children feel free to take risks and share their ideas. Sam sees teaching as a journey of continuous learning and adapts her lessons to meet each child’s individual needs. Through engaging projects and fun group activities, she helps children build confidence and develop a lifelong love of learning.

As Principal of TotalChild Preschool, Sei wholeheartedly believes that children learn best when they feel happy, safe, and free to explore. Sei is passionate about the Play Approach and kinesthetic learning, which align closely with TotalChild’s focus on self-discovery and meaningful engagement. She values strong collaboration between parents and teachers, knowing this partnership creates the supportive environment children need to thrive as compassionate, confident global citizens.
